| The customer requested bird droppings around the roof top HVAC units be cleaned. This was prompted by the HVAC maintenance company servicing the units. |
| The customer had not seen the extent of the contamination. Pigeons had been roosting below the AC duct work between the HVACs and the parapet wall. |
| The units offered them ample protection from the elements resulting in heavy bird pressure. Bacteria from droppings and feathers can get into the building via the air supply. |
| The proposal included cleaning the debris around the HVACs using hand tools, Dissolve-It and a HepVac and netting the units off completely. |
| This was achieved using 2-inch StealthNet and 24-inch stand-off brackets on the corners of each unit. |
| A total of 4 units were netted. The work was completed in 2 days. The customers are very satisfied with the results. |
